To be considered for publication in Ecos de la Academia, manuscripts must be unpublished, original, and not under simultaneous evaluation by another journal, publisher, or academic outlet. Authors must expressly declare compliance with this condition through the Article Submission Letter , signed by all authors and submitted together with the initial manuscript submission.

The letter must declare that:

1. The submitted manuscript is unpublished and original, and has not been previously published as a scientific article, book chapter, conference proceeding, or any equivalent form of scholarly publication.
2. The manuscript is not under simultaneous evaluation by another journal, publisher, evaluation repository, academic proceedings, or scientific publication.
3. The authors have not transferred the economic rights of the manuscript to any natural or legal person, and there is no legal or editorial restriction preventing its publication in the journal.
