Revista Ecos de la Academia is a journal aimed at acting as a catalyst for research, ideas, and thoughts that showcase the findings of the scientific community. It accepts submissions of scientific articles, essays, technical notes, and reviews on topics related to Education. The journal welcomes works in the broad field of education that address themes such as Educational Innovation, Educommunication, Education and Psychology, Education, Art, and Culture, and Education, Physical Activity, and Sport.

The journal's target audience is both national and international, and its primary readership includes the academic community—university professors, researchers, and undergraduate and postgraduate students—as well as the general public interested in education.

Publication of articles is free of charge and open access, meaning that no author, co-author, or reader is required to pay any fees for article publication or review.

The call for papers is open year-round. Articles that successfully complete the double-blind peer review process and are officially accepted will be published immediately (continuous publication).

All versions of published articles, in addition to being available on OJS, are also accessible through the Digital Repository Universidad Técnica del Norte Repositorio Digital de la Universidad Técnica del Norte.

Frequency: Semi-annual (January-June, published in June, and July-December, published in December) with continuous publication.

Revista Ecos de la Academia Magazine is a scientific publication of the Faculty of Education, Science and Technology, of the Technical University of the North, Ibarra - Ecuador; with blind (double) online review, which disseminates articles in Spanish, Kichwa, Portuguese and English. It is published semiannually (June and December) for continuous publication. The works are original and unpublished, with quality and scientific rigor, generated by national and international researchers and professionals.
