Since 2024, the contents of Ecos de la Academia have been published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits sharing, copying, redistribution, adaptation, remixing, transformation and creation from the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is included and any changes made are indicated.
License information must be displayed visibly and consistently in OJS and on the first page of the published version of the article. The layout will use the designation “CC BY 4.0” and, whenever possible, the official graphic identifier and a link to the license.
Historical articles that were legitimately published under a different license will retain the license indicated in their published version, unless the rights holders expressly authorize relicensing. Current policies must not retroactively modify the reuse rights of previously published content.
The license does not replace other applicable rights, such as moral rights, privacy, image rights, publicity rights, data protection or third-party rights.
