Procesos lingüísticos y factores que influyen en la adquisición del idioma inglés

Abstract
En el universo académico actual, la publicación de resultados de investigaciones científicas que involucran
la ciencia y la tecnología es el mayor reto para los docentes investigadores, y el inglés se ha convertido en el
idioma mundial usado como mecanismo canalizador para sus descubrimientos. Entonces, su conocimiento es un requerimiento porque crea y fortalece los vínculos globales para alcanzar un desarrollo científico, cultural, económico y social. La enseñanza de este idioma se orienta hacia un nivel de suficiencia, proceso que engloba el desarrollo de una competencia comunicativa y lingüística a nivel conceptual, léxica y cultural por una parte, y por otra, implica aspectos psicolingüísticos de aptitudes y actitudes. Este artículo expone opiniones y argumentos de distintos lingüistas y autores reconocidos en la esfera de la enseñanza del inglés, donde se revisan temas que orientan a los aprendices del idioma hacia un mejor entendimiento del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, mediante el análisis de conceptos y circunstancias que condicionan o facilitan la consecución del objetivo comunicativo en el idioma.
