Estudio y automatización del proceso publicitario con incidencia en negocios de baja productividad

Abstract
El presente artículo describe el resultado del estudio y automatización del proceso publicitario en locales
comerciales, con el propósito de incidir en los negocios de baja productividad en la ciudad de Ibarra y
concientizar la reducción de materiales que contaminan y degradar el medio ambiente. Los resultados
obtenidos manifiestan que la publicidad en internet tiene un 83,3% de aceptación sobre un 16,7% de la publicidad
tradicional. Para comprobar los resultados del estudio realizado, se desarrolló un sistema web para
el manejo de procesos publicitarios, mismo que fue implementado en el municipio de Ibarra. El sistema
web permitió evidenciar de manera real la promoción y difusión de productos y servicios en un entorno
web a los consumidores, para comprobar la calidad de software se aplicó la norma ISO/IEC 25022 donde
se determinó que el sistema tiene un 82,73% de aceptación porque cumple con las tareas para las cuales
fue diseñado, también incidió en un 80% sobre la inexistencia en el uso de material físico para realizar
publicidad, mejorando la calidad en sus procesos y agilizando los mismos.
