Capacitación y formación profesional en el sector pecuario de la provincia del Carchi

Abstract
Las acciones y políticas de Estado y de los diferentes actores vinculados a la capacitación y formación profesional en el Ecuador, son relevantes para el desarrollo, por tal motivo, es necesario entender que los problemas socio-económicos del sector de influencia del proyecto “Diagnóstico Productivo, Económico y de la Calidad de la Leche y Derivados en la Provincia del Carchi”, así como del Ecuador en general, no han sido resueltos por una débil estructura de capacitación y formación profesional al sector agropecuario tanto del sector público como del privado situación que les ha obligado a sumirse en prácticas tradicionalistas relegándoles en la incompetencia por falta de productividad. El proyecto identificó las debilidades existentes en el campo de conocimientos productivos, administrativos, financieros y comerciales y presenta una propuesta alternativa que permita alcanzar niveles de competencia efectivos bajo una metodología de análisis funcional.
