Abstract
Los análisis que ultimamente los estudiosos del tema han realizado relacionados con el objeto de estudio de la educación y de la pedagogía reflejan perspectivas heterogéneas de aproximación al conocimiento. No obstante, encontramos ciertas similitudes que son claras en esta diversidad. El hecho de analizar algunas de las diferentes aproximaciones teóricas y metodológicas entre la educación y la pedagogía es fundamental en el entendimiento de la realidad, la cual cada día se torna más compleja y cambiante. Este trabajo muestra brevemente varios análisis que algunos investigadores han escrito al respecto, teniendo en cuenta nuestras experiencias a lo largo de muchos años de trabajo. Se incluyen también, entrevistas y comentarios de diferentes pedagogos e investigadores en el área de la educación. El trabajo finaliza con una apreciación personal de acercamiento al tema tratado.
